fuck, I almost dealt with this douche. he was selling a head unit w/ no wires, saying I could go to Ocala and pick up the harness and shit from the shop who was doing all his work, apparently importguy. I asked him if there was anyway to test the unit before paying in full w/out the wires. Long story short, he did not do a good job scamming me, he just tried to reassure me by saying he had all these sponsors to worry about, and he couldn't put his name on the line over it... what name?

fuck, people around here are disheartening. Glad I still know a few stand up people, not many of them left.

His "Sponsorship" was from SCP. Cars sponsored by Team SCP with sponsorship for you to win races and shows

Basically it is a buy-in sponsorship. He pays like $100 to be a part of the club and then they offer parts at reduced cost.

Only the best of the best show cars actually get a full sponsorship so he didn't stand a chance.

It's a scam but then again so is he!

 

well if you can work out a good enough price for the turbo and install you can cut apart my stock one and use that shouldnt need to pull the engine or anything so it would be pretty strait forward. i can keep the boost low till i find a new tuner who can work with an aem fic and a dyno shop

 

Well I need to know what is going to DEFINITELY happen with the car before I start pulling stuff off and promising things to people!

I assume it is going to end up our car but we don't know for sure yet!

Well I have enough evidence right now to get him in trouble for filing a false police report and defamation of character against myself so first thing in the morning I will be at the court house and on the phone with the Detective that has handled the other cases against him.

I think he might even be on probation so unless he had permission to leave the county I am going to get him in Violation of Probation because he definitely filed a report with the local police here so there is enough proof there too.

AND he has been texting and pm'ing my business partner and I talking all kinds of shit and further incriminating himself further.

When it is all said and done I am going to bury this kid.
