yeah, that seems to be the general consensus. So instead of it being a deterant for street racing, it is really just a good reason to run... even if you are against street racing, that cop might be pulling you over for some dumb reason to accuse you of street racing. I'm not gonna run the risk of getting my car crushed..

I am all for it... Start crushing some of these shitty Hondas, Nissans, Saturns and Toyotas around here. Less Rice on the road is always a good thing IMHO. Besides nothing is better then seeing some dumb ass who dumped thousands in his shitty 1980's honda lose it all. Makes me LOL x2

Now that Im past that.
I drive a modified truck, lower than most of the cars out here... It does have I/H/E... But do I street race? Fuck no.... Now being pulled over and ticketed and having your pride and joy destroyed because its modified? For what? I bet half of these fucking power hungry cops own a bike or a car that is modified...
I know a cop that has a s13 with over 500hp... Car is daily driven... So would he have to crush that shit too? Or because hes a cop its ok?
I dont see this shit fit at all... Yeh impound the pricks car if he is in fact street racing... But I go to CCC & gandy every fucking weekend, and I park my truck and sit on the hood. I dont nag on races or participate in them. But simply because my truck/motor are modified it will be crushed?
Fuck that, Id love to get a ticket... Because I will give the lawyer %30 of what I get in that lovely fucking law suit ^_^...
