Umm, rx7 are 470 I dont know what our KA's are... I just know they run them till like ~250 hp on the single cams on the kat forums...

It's rather unconstitutional and the only reason that this isn't being fought is that it takes money to fight. I can understand the confiscation of property if you've turned said property into a drug lab, but this is far from that. I'm just waiting for someone to be falsely accused of this crap who has a big fat loan out on their car. Once the insurance companies and the financial industry gets involved, look out.
LOL no shit, just wait till someone in an IS-F or M5 gets caught racing and they crush the car. Even worse a Ferrari or Lambo. The bank will not be pleased with the folks who did the crushing, to say the least.
