Another "crushing cars for street racing" article
I've already been added to the offender's list for spectating, and had to fight the ticket in court because I was sleeping in my friend's car when someone else came up and revved at him at a stop light, and then the other guy took off. The cop pulled both of them over, gave them both tickets, arrested the other guy for suspended license, and then WOKE ME UP to give me a ticket.

god, I just love cops...
so very very very much.
now just imagine if that cop had the ability to crush street racing cars... both that guy and your buddy's car would be nothing more than a pile of useless steel shit...

The owner of that beautiful EF should have been crushed not the car. What a waste, restore it, build it and then take it out on the street and waste it. Now look at it, another one lost and for what?
I have several SCCA and SCCA sponsor stickers including my number and class on my EF hatch from National Tour events that I do not trailer to events but drive to them. I haven't had any problems with the police so far and can't even remember being rev'd at a light.
Simply put if you spend the money use it wisely for your enjoyment, don't give anyone a good reason to take it away from you. And fight like hell if they try to for no reason at all!

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

So if I'm pulled over of suspected street racing just because my car is modified, can I accuse the cop of harassment, just because he's talking to me?
I don't see why street racing is in such spotlight. The number of people killed from drunk driving, not paying attention, speeding, etc. far eclipses street racing. Why does this always get the spotlight?
