55 is the standard MPH for any interstate in the southeast region of VA...so I'm already use to that crap. Everyone still does 75

It's called contraception and if necessary abortion. No family needs to consist of more than 2-3 children. And ONLY if you can afford said family without relying on the government for support. If you are an individual on one of the various systems of welfare you do not need to reproduce. The health department or Planned Parenthood will give you FREE condoms. Planned Parenthood also offers reduced cost birth control and there are plenty of agencies that offer reduced cost and sometimes free abortions.
Hell, if you're on welfare you're likely good at shop lifting, steal condoms.
But... back on topic: I'm in favor of a gas guzzler tax. And 55 mph speed limits will only give cops more reasons to harass people.

I agree and your exactly right on the family should be 2-3 children a mother and dad. Craming 5 people into a car isnt comfortable and not to mention the children being so cramed together starts problems.
