My dad has owned Pontiac's since the 70's and so has my families. The Pontiac Grand Prix to be exact. He not once has ever and I mean ever had one problem with any of his Pontiac's They were the most relaible car that I have known. He now owns a G6 and that car is so reliable and the gas is beautiful. Every Ford that I owned or friends owned all were shit. except for the trucks or taraus. And no I never bought a dogged out car. I purchased one from the Dealer and always had problems with it from the get go... Fords are shit to me except for the Pick-ups and the taraus.. It's all a matter of OPINION and your experience in dealing with them.. If you dont like my opinion on my experience in dealing with it, then dont comment on it, cause your taking it personal.....

BUT just b/c u bought a car from a dealer doesnt mean it wasent beaten on unless its brand new

Honestly, as I said before, it's more driver than car.
I've seen 3cyl geos go 200k+ and then there's the infamous BMW wiring problems, MK3 Supra's head gasket, etc... So just because a car runs all the time, doesnt mean it's quality, and when a car has issues, that by no means shows inferiority.

I never said the car was brand new... But it was farily new. heh. I just don't prefer ford from the experiences Of owning several of them. and from my friends and family experience. The only one I like out of all the ford cars was the Taurus. Hands down I think its one of the best cars ever made period. Good dont take it personal. Last thing I want to do is challenge you on xbox live to settle this matter through halo. hahaha...

For economy and reliability Honda and Toyota rule (i lean to honda).
For trucks its chevy and toyota.
For luxury i would go BMW
I'm tore when it comes to speed, i love the turbo charged smaller motors but love a big 'ol detriot v8.
