dont be to ignorent now.... I had a neon that had well over 220k and it was running as good as the guy it was brand new... even w/ a 60shot on it....

I also had a Taures with 275k on it and it run awesome! until I wrecked it

and a Mustang that had 250k on it until I didnt do any oil changes on it, no fuild checks or anything and it locked up(it was 600 bucks, i wanted to see how long it would run )

and i guess all those ford and chevy taxi's with over 100k are "pushing the limits"? And my contour has 197k on it....sure its not as good as new but with a new alternator and clutch and it will run great.

i like how you guys say it still runs like new. I highly doubt that , mine sure as hell doesnt. its a little stiffing switching gears and I think it probably handled a little better back in its day.. shit just wears out, the motor runs fine though
