Lets see. I think The only Reliable FORD I would ever and I mean ever drive again would be the Taraus. My girl had one a 96, Came from up north. That car was so awsome and reliable. It had one of the greatest gas mileage I have ever seen on a car, The A/C worked the best out of every car I have ever owned. I would never ever drive/own another American car Unless it was a Chevy/Pontiac, and the the only ford I would drive would be the Taraus (and damn the new bodystyle is so sexy) and the Ford Pick-up. Cant wait to get rid of the cougar.
As far as Imports. The most reliable imports I have ever driven, Hands down I give it to the Honda civic. Its so reliable, and the money to fill it up is nothing. Cost me between 20 to 25 bucks to fill it up and lasts up to two weeks driving it just about everyday. Also the Toyota Corolla, Never owned one but my dad had one and my sister owns one. I also have the passport and its very very reliable. I love it except it costs me a penny to fill up. Average around 54 bucks right now.

LOL funny replies.
Depends on what's important to the owner. I've got a couple Dodge's that are as reliable as any car ever built. Performance, comfort and ergonomics aint too bad either.
But Honda makes a great little car, no doubt.
Consumer Reports that looks at the reliability, performance, fuel economy, comfort, interior fit and finish, and ergonomics of 262 vehicles we've recently tested

All depends ur preferences...
Honda is #1 for quality and reliability for sure, BUT 9 of out 10 cars that cost as much as a 09 civic EX will run just as long as the EX does, if u keep the regular maintance n shit...

Did u just say u'd take a Chevy/Pontiac over a ford? wtf are u smoking dude? U probley just got one that was beat the fuck out of before u bought it, causing other problems down the road..
shit i comletely agree with that one, I fucking love hondas.. there obviously not the fastest. an s2000 is a pretty fun car overall though, more then enough for the average person playing on the streets. I love my integra though, 107k miles and the damn thing hasnt had a single issue yet *knocks on wood*
With the way Gas prices are I wouldn't touch a Diesel with a 10 foot pole..

as far as dodges, (especially trucks) several owners that I know of especially from my last major job that several of them owned dodges always complained about the Transmissions. and no they wernt no young guys dogging them, They were guys in there 40's and 50's and would complain about the trannys crapping out and having to replace them. When I worked at my cousins auto shop years ago, We always had The eclipse, 3000gt/stealth always comming in with tranny problems.. The worst out of them was the eclipse..
