on my old protege i ducttaped my cold air intake togeather then to keep it in place i used speaker wire. then for my ricery green neon kit was held onto the car useing nothing but speaker wire that was triple knotted. o and then when the weather stripping fell off i superguled it back on. and i lost the clamp for the cold air intake where it connect to the head so I used electrical tape to hold it on i also tape two radiator hoses togeather so thed be long enough. stayed that way for about three months until upper ball joint shattered then i gave the car back to the buy here pay here lot i bought from.

haha. on my friends old accord, he swapped headers and exhaust cause he was selling his car. well instead of bolting the bottom of the header to the downpipe portion, we decided to just drag it home. later i was hitting to much, so we found a clothes hanger so we strapped it up nice and tight. seemed to work kinda sweet.

also, i blew the speakers in my 240, so i grabbed some house speakers from my room and hooked them up. there pretty sweet hahahah

It's technically the same crap, just at a MUCH higher impedence, usually 8ohms. I bet you noticed you had to crank the volume up much higher to get the same amount of sound to come out.

LOGIC? You seriously want to invoke logic in a conversation about fake hijackings, missiles hitting the pentagon, and bombs planted throughout the world trade center? I thought it was a given that logic was checked at the door when entering one of these threads.

Silly putty around a plastic radiator support that had crumbled. It sealed very nicely!

Well wanted a makeshift cold air intake so we cut in a hole in the bottom of the fender in my friends car and then water kept splashing up so we took an old license plate and jb welded it at an angle so we would get no water and still get some air.
i was there

yeah, like po57 said, there pretty much the same thing but run a different ohm load. so itll work, you will have to turn the voulme way higher to get sound out of them though

Lowe's ABS PVC cold air intake made for $6. Put out more power on the dyno than the AEM cold air, or whatever their top end intake is, probably because the plastic doesn't retain heat like the aluminum from the AEM. This was 5 years ago.
