Street Legal ATV?
This thread is 4 years old. Why in the hell did you dig it up for and in what page were you lurking did you find it? You could of easily created a new thread letting every one know you're new to the site and what your concerns were for the frame you just bought.

Driving definitions: Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and Torque is how far you take the wall with you.
Either way if they catch you riding it on the street whether you get it leagal or not, "which I doubt you will in FL" you would be hassled every day by the cops. In other states yes they are legal even if it's an "off-road titled vehicle" and can be plated and ridden on the street. My dad has 2 in NY and it's crazy seeing them on the road.
Using your head would not of found this thread dumb ass. In this case google is your friend. Looking up the law is your friend. It's not hard to find out if ATV's, go karts, and similar vehicles are street legal.

Since this thread was posted,years a-fucking-go I seen a street legal Banshee out towards the Sarasota area.It was registered in another state up North.
