Dude, I dont know where you went to school. But they obviously taught you fucking nothing.

I said he put lights signals and the shit necessary to make it legal on it. The busa engine part was simply because he thought the 600 was too fucking slow.

Do you understand now slowpoke?

No but putting a quad frame ONTO a busa would still be registered, titled and insured as a busa.

My neighbor has his street legal. It's got a Florida plate and title and he drives it all the time. He's taken it to Quaker Steak and Biffs and actually won trophies. It's actually FOR SALE so if someone is seriously interested he's asking $5800 for it. You have to run DOT legal tires to run it on the street which he has. Here are the pics.

if he changed the VIN of the quad frame to a legal busa VIN and put a busa motor and swigarm and has a busa title for it . Absolutely he can get away with it. You knwo how much money that would cost that...thats just stupid lol. Nice though!

Actually etching a new VIN into a frame isn't illegal. But etching it to a number for a different vehicle IS! They can nail you for alot of things on that one. LIkely hood of geting caught if you changed a quad to a busa title.....HIGH! Liekly hood of geting caught making a dirt bike a busa title........rare

Actually you can purchase a new KTM with that motorcylce title.

IF A TITLE CURRENTLY SAYS OFF-ROAD, IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, THERE IS NO WAY TO CHANGE IT LEGALLY. PERIOD!!!
