cops don't play around with taillight tinting in Tampa. Expect to get pulled over and probably ticketed depending on your ability to argue with the cop(or suck a good d***).

This is with VHT NiteShades.

These are the stock taillights.

So what do you guys think I should do? Tint them or leave them stock?

You are seriously going to get a pisston of tickets.

Not to mention nobody is going to be able to see your brake lights. And if you get rear ended and it ends up that since you screwed with your taillights you are at fault, that would be icing on the cake.

Don't do it. It presents a hazard to the motorists behind you and it'll get you ticketed. Plus, its pretty ricey.

lol he changed it...he said Eclipse4ever at first...

but anyways I did buy LED lights through ebay although they are bright as hell they shine the light in all directions.

and towards the back there are only three little led's so led's ended up being dimmer than the regular bulbs.

this car is just to get me till summer...so i'm just going to leave it stock..will help it sell better too...

thanks for all the input.

brighter bulbs (even illegal ones like your LED's) are not going to stop you from getting a ticket. any thing used to darken the head and tail lights is illegal.
