its just like the street racing crap. there are already enough traffic laws in place for speeding, reckless driving, ect. and to impose new ones on a specific group of people is unconstitutional, especially when its a judgement call put into the hands of a specific person.
i dont know what has gotten into these "lawmakers" lately. im not sure if its ego or they are just trying to appeal to voters, but they seem to think that they can just make up these retarded bills that violate peoples rights and get away with it.

i dont think more laws are needed. maybe just start issuing short barrel shotguns loaded with less lethal rounds to the cops so they can stop bikes like that.

My safety is number 1 as well as having respect for the road.
I would have to agree that it would make them run from the cops and that is a choice that could end their life. Then what?
I think the permanent placement of the plate on the bike is a good idea.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

Im pretty sure in the case of bikers, that would be leathal.... or a huge lawsuit..

I remember seeing a video awhile back where a cop pulled out in front of a biker speeding down the street. All the people he was with rioted around the cop car

Aint it though. And not to mention the second leading cause of traffic fatalities - red light runners.
But lets go after a few bikers riding wheelies, who if they wreck end up killing only themselves 99.99999% of the time.
