I am in Wesley Chapel. Kind of far. Would I need a new transmission, I mean mine right now is fine, its not turbo or anything though. Its just a 2.0 Dohc 5 speed. ?

 

if your tranny still shifts then you are fine..

 

Yeah, he is actually trying to get a new car, and he wants to put a small block in it. He has a dropped white s10, 1996. He has exhaust headers intake, etc. Body mods too. lol. I will let him know, he is looking. How much do you charge?

 

it depends on what he wants..

right now i got a billet crankshaft out of a nascar engine that has 1 race on it that i am selling for 750$ cost 2300$ new.

i might have some nice heads in a week or so..i can find him complete engines or short blocks or come up with a combo for him..just depends on his need and wants

If I were you I'd eliminate the headache and try to find a cheap used motor. Search around on eBay, they usually have some pretty good prices for used motors and if a used turbocharged Volvo motor goes for under a grand there, I can garuntee a 2.0 would be far cheaper.

nope..i really only do engines for my self but i know the ins and outs of chevys and get killer deal becuase i know alot of people.

i was going to open a shop but sold every thing off to move to texas and go to s.a.m racing but i ended up meeting my lady and i passed it up to be with her
