get a lq4 short block..its the iron block version of the ls2 and put l92 heads on the short block and you will be like 400-500rwhp with a nice cam and long tube headers.

Id like to put that motor in my 69 SS. Although I would probably have to put better guts in it, I dont think the stock block would last too long north for 5000rpm for very long. Thats where those heads like to shine.
