STIS and rsx are nothing to a srt-4.
Go with your favorite, I choose a srt-4 and I love it, stock internals can handle 400hp easy and it's soo cheap to get that.If you're into modding, I'd go for a turbo, boost gets addicting

why do they have problems with 3rd gear? my 3rd gear is my best gear, cuz thats when i usally hook lol
