there are guys dynoing the Mazdaspeed 3 rated at 263hp and 280ft-lbs at the flywheel and are getting consistant 230-240whp so it seems to be spot on.

Its obvious that you are morbidly unhappy with your CX-7.

I understand. Just remorselessly hand over the drivetrain and all will be well

If I was in the market for a WWD car that right now is my top choice. I think that car is damn awesome. with some foot work mods, stickys', SS brake lines and good pads it would be a good auto-x/track car.

They may have been running the old 13b's. I know I've seen alot of the rx8's with 13b's in them both online and in alot of mags.

Technically, the RENESIS is still a 13B...as it is the RENESIS 13B

They don't technically dyno fords unless you consider street dynoing a real dyno.

Example

"I just put this sweet cobra sticker on my car, it has got to be pushing at least 550hp now."

yeah I bought one, believe me its the best daily driver I've ever owned and it should do fairly well once I get some time to go to some HPDEs
