Numbers matching as far as motor/chassis is concerned. Car is not factory colors though (No biggie).

I actually shocked a good friend, we were at a swap meet in Bushnell and I looked over and pointed out a OLDS 301 EDELBROCK intake manifold (Very similar to Cadillac) and not only was he surprised, but so was the person who was selling it. I've been doing my homework on early 50's cadillacs for years.
