1953 Cadillac 331 5.4L
8.25 C/R
210hp, 330 lbs Tq

Only 'performance parts are electronic ignition, Holley fuel pump, and Iskederian (Isky) 262h supercam. It was supposed to get alot more than that (I have cadillac 390 heads that will increase compression to 10.0/1 and increase flow), but the car is so far over budget, I had to scale back.

I wouldn't know too much about that. I got it for Christmas, it was delivered to Florida in January, and I drove it for 3 weeks before doing a complete teardown. Everything that can be replaced in the engine and suspension of this car has been replaced. I even have new wire wheels and WW tires waiting for it. All told, over $13k spent SINCE I bought it 4 months ago.

But no worries...I'll be driving all over the place soon...very soon...

The problem with speed parts for this car is that almost nobody makes them anymore (for this engine series). Most stopped production in the mid-60's. I'm just buildong a cruiser, keeping it as retro as possible, with a small touch of modern convience for reliabilty.

In fact, finidng spped parts (or in some cases, correctly identifing speed parts) for this car is so hard, that I actually have the most comprehensive resource on the web @ my own website. New Page 0
