30+ is 30+ I got $340 for 71 over, you will get $3XX for 30 over. I didnt even get a high dollar lawyer, the ticket clinic got my $$ and they got me the 4 hour course that I took at home online.

 

nothing more than mine and 2ks but ours is triple digs... since speeding is put into brackets of 10-15, 15-25, 30+... i dont know how they go im just giving an example... i was going to fight it in court but i said screw it ill just take the deal, no points on my license and it hasnt shown up on insurance yet, plus i got a free day off of work because they thought i was going to court muhahahaha! best bet would be a lawyer i think it looks better when u have a lawyer so ur actually kind of showing that u werent meaning to do that, unlike if u just go in by urself... plus if ur lawyer settles a deal with the judge than you wont have to show. it sorta shows that you care... u know what i mean? hope this helps.

 

eff you and ur 4 hour class... i hadda go in a classroom (cant do online stuff ill go and do other shit while online) sat/sun at like 7am (not a morning person) for 6 hours a day..

 

dude, I was on TR and I made my self a sammich while I did the online class. Its so easy, even a caveman can do it. Its a mandatory 4hour class, so there is a timer on each section. You read it (took me 2 or 3 minutes) then post on TR for the next 25 minutes while you wait for the timer to expire.

 

Yep. I had to take the 4 hour class in august for a weak ass ticket a fucking state trooper gave me. He said I was speeding in one area but he clocked me and pulled me over in an area I wasn't speeding in. 52 where the speed limit changes, he clocked me in the 50 zone, but wrote the ticket that he clocked me in the 45 zone and gave me a $180 ticket. I was going like 55.

 

well since u just took the class in aug and it hasnt been a yr yet that may change things...

that is true, but it can also be a thing if the judge looks at his record and notices he just did the class it may have some persuasion on the out come of his decision.

 

....or.....you go bump your clock up another 45 minutes after your done answering questions and just go to the next section...seeing as the clock is javabased and runs of of yours..

and from what i understand, when you get 30+ you cannot get rid of the points. but im not sure if a judge can over ride that or not.
