Yes sir, that is correct.

Back on topic though. Royal Purple is a good product, I just don't think its worth the money. Generally any synthetic oil,+ Lucas motor oil does the trick. The car runs smooth as a motherfucker.

More than you ever wanted to know about motor oils - in this case spefically for air cooled porsche engines -

Oils: What oil do I use in my aircooled Porsche or VW?

The short version is that oil reformulation has taken place over the past two years because of mandated cut backs in zinc (Zn) and phosphorus (P) that makes up the anti-wear additive ZDDP, zinc dialkyl dithiosphosphate. That means you will get faster wear.

I use it and love it, but I no nothing about the gear oil, can you use this in a Mitsu Turbo tranny?

I used the royal purple synchromax in my gst..deffintly improved it.

glad to hear u finally used it lol, i would of used Q synthetic tho jus b/c they are buy 1 get 1 free at autozone

rp gear oil gets better the longer its in if u ask me.

I use it in the rear end on my stang and in the trans. I think it's a grreat product and it's worth it's cost. IMO.
