Im a little lost on why id replace studs to do a dish wheel?


And no they arent easier to put on far from it.at least with studs I can slap them on in an instant and they stay up. With the bolts I have the wheel while getting it all lined up then try and get a bolt started. And when the set screw is missing its a real pain in the ass.

And when those threads get stripped you are sorta screwed

btw VW engineering is like looking at a Dali painting. Its amazing to look at, but you dont understand it.

those are like 20mm spacers on the back of that jetta. its easier to get longer bolts than studs. IMO.

But why such an offset of the rear of a FWD vehicle? Correct me if im wrong but wont having the wrong offset actually affect your cars cornering in a negetive way?
