Test machines I find hard to trust as well after hearing over half of them were out of date/calibration or whatever. However I'm hardcore anti-alcohol (except for fuel usage ) and I can understand where the cop was coming from.

I wouldnt say he was overreacting in the least bit...if you drink 12oz and get in the car, regardless of tolerance/body weight, thats too much IMO. Wait an hour or whatever...I mean I understand some circumstances say otherwise, but just dont be so damn stupid and try to drown your sorrows in body altering chemicals

For the record, never had more than an ounce of alcohol in my body. Any possibility would be solely from the rare occasion of food marination, which is excellent ironically. Only beer/"adult beverage" I've ever had is O'Douls when I was like 8...so yeah

^+1, growing up w/ a alocholic parent is rough, My mom is and when i was young we moved about every 2 months for like 3 yrs to different guys house's, so yea basicly my mom is a slut but yea thats her choice, she drinks and drives, pops the tab at 10am in the fucknig moring 6 of 7 days and the other day it starts at like 8am. and there has been numerous incidents(car accidents, DUI's, fights etc) and it sucks really bad when ur in bed at 1am and u hear gun shots coming threw the wall of ur room b/c ur mom and her current "b/f" are fighting and shes trying to kill him.

I have drank 1 time in my whole life and i will never do it again, i see how it fucks up ppl and fucks up everyones lives thats around you

 

i got a DUI thurs nite for sleeping in my car because i was too drunk to drive haha............ my court date is in 6 days..... got a lawyer and its gona be dropped to reckless driving? but i WASENT driving!! gay

 

Next time pass out in the backseat and throw the keys on the passenger seat floorboard. Less chance of them being able to uphold justice by taking a drunk driver off of the parking spaces.

 

For some reason you strike me as the kinda guy that likes to throw back a few and then go driving because you have bionic man abilities to defy basic biology. You also think that since everyone does it, no one should get upset about it.
