got taken advantage of...DUI in temple terrace.
Hey i need some help here. I got a DUI early friday morning from the temple terrace police...i was sober as hell i just pulled my ebrake to slide a turn...we were being chased by some acura suv...anyways. I passed my field sobriety test...but he took me to jail overnight because he smelled it on my breath...the breath test was all messed up n stuff too. Anyways anyone else gotten a DUI? I need a good lawyer who will get the job done...i have a lot of evidence backing me...witnesses...field test on camera, and the breath machine messing up. Just lookin for some help...because i have to act fast before my 10 days is up. Any help is appreciated...thanks.

damn jon u dumbass lol, jus fight that shit and be like its all on video i passed the tests n shit so how can i get a DUI? lol and if the breathe machine messed up thats not ur fault and they cant use it agenst u, i say get adecnet lawyer and u should b good to go. A judge will probley drop it if u have all this shit on ur side

meh hiring a lawyer might be overkill, but in anything involving a DUI it's better safe than sorry, that'll fuck up your life if it does go through for some ungodful reason

If you passed field sobriety and breathalyzer tests you don't even need a lawyer. Get a friend in law school or someone majoring in law to put on a suit and they'll be able to get it dismissed for you. Or if you know your shit you could go wiht a folder under your arm dressed real nice and do it yourself. And don't forget to file a grievance report on that fucker. We need to start filing a lot more of those.

No, you just need to put ALOT of papers in a briefcase.
