Yep hixeclipse, your best bet is not letting them bend you over, fight it in court with as much evidence as humanly possible, a lot of times you can get out of it just by being determined enough to try.

Yea cause god knows its fair for me being an innocent person to be held againist my will in jail for something as unlawful as what the officer did especially without a enough evidence to prove other wise. Then have to waste thousands of dollars of your money, then judges time, more of my time in court cause a LEO sucked at his job.
Im sorry, I hate when ppl turn a blind eye to Leos and give the usual speel about theres always a few bad ones that make them all look bad. There shouldnt be any bad ones IMO. And filing a grievance isnt going to shit. Me punching someone is going to leave a bigger impression then a piece of paper and his superior telling him not to do it again.
Im not going to stand there idly while I get sent off to jail for something like that....

So u rather punch the cop and still go to jail,then u have to pay more bail money and no matter what u are gonna b convicted of a felony, all over a simple DUI that u could go to court and more than likely beat.....U make no fucking sense
