Naah i was not drunk..i was not even buzzed. It may have been on my breath from the few nickel beers that i had, by a few 4 over 3 hours. And the nickel beers they have are natty light and they are in a small cup....i weight 175 lbs...and i had just gotten off work at midnight...ate a huge plate of potroast and went out to talk with some friends...and im not an idiot...im the first one to hand over my keys or just sit in the parking lot all morning until im sober.you want to hear about the chase?....

The Chase:
Me and my friend Scott went to McDonalds to get him some cheeseburgars...we go through and get em...then as we pull out Scott sees this kids SUV who apparently hates him and vice versa..the SU was packed with people. Anyways i haul ass down fowler with them close behind until i start breaking away....he told me to turn fast so they wont find out where he lives....we were approximately 1/4 mile from his house so i pulled the Ebrake...and lost them by turning again 2 times... Next thing i know a police car is squeeling around the corner then he lights me up... and thats where the worst night of my life started.

I just hope that i can get this off my record or put down to a lesser offense because it would really damage my squeaky clean record, and also might keep me from getting into some pharmacy schools if not all of them.

So just some advice for everyone....now since the new law is in effect starting october 1st...if you think you might take a little sip of alcohol..DO NOT DRIVE, they WILL take you to jail if they smell it!

 

you dumbass. You were drinking. You did drive. no excuse in the world can change that. If I knew where you were going to court I would show up with this post in hand.

WTF if someone had been walking home and you pulled your ebrake and slid into them??? if you really were getting chased you should have hauled ass to somewhere with lots of lights and witnesses not listened to your friend.

Sorry, no objectiveness here. I've lost too many people close to me to "I just had a couple beers"

 

How was the breath test, "All messed up?" All messed up like you blew .20 and you were actually smashed or all messed up like the machine didn't work? For the record, if you weren't driving around like a dick, you wouldn't have gotten tagged in the first place.

 

Sorry to me your guilty of drinking and driving. No its not because he smelled it although that does give him the right to suspect DUI. You just admited having 3-4 beers even 1-2-3 hours ago could still lead to Possible impairment. You saying the analyzier is "All messed up" doesn't really add up to well with a judge. How was it messed up?

 

many many many people go out and drink, then go driving right after, whether its the drive back home or elsewhere, most of these people don't get tagged, perhaps because they aren't driving wrecklessly. Logic tells us that it was unnecessary for you to do all that just to "evade" an SUV. Was this guy ramming you? Were they pointing guns at you? If you were scared enough of these guys to take all those extreme steps then they must have been a serious threat!

Seriously, you could have taken care of that whole thing much better

 

Damn, good luck on this, I'd say get a few lawyers, I've seen too many friends lives gone to hell from DUI. I don't trust those test machines, half of the time they are not accurate!!

Ive drank twice in my life. neither times did I drive for 12-16 hours after I drove.

My father is an alchoholic(Howard Williford, Asshole, still alive unfortunately)
My uncle is an alchoholic(Jim Riddel, dead car accident)
My best friend was killed by a drunk (Chris Terrinson, hit by DD)
My cousing hit a big yellow school bus (says he wasnt drinking but wtf)
