Exactly. Only what we know is what we have been told. He may have been driving under the influence. Hopefully he was not under teh influence. But all what we are hearing is one side of the story. If you do get charged with DUI take it like a man. You did the crime you do the time. Anyways DUI's get erased after 75 yrs on your record thats something I bet most of you did not know.

sorry to dirty your thread, and i really hope evrything works out for you, i just thought all of the admins were somewhat intelligent.
I would def go the legal route, and if you really were driving lawfully, then you should be fine.
One suggestion though, i would try to find something else to say other than we were being chased. I believe it, cause ive seen it before, but the judge will probably grind what happened into the ground by saying thats bullshit.

I have one prob. witht he thread subject title. "GOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ". How were you taken advantage of ? They had reasonable suspicion that you were drinking. They can hold you for that I have learned in one of my law studies classes.Something is fishy here, I don't think we are being told the whole story. I really hope you were not drinking or did not before you drove that caused you to be impared. Because like others have stated. I do not have sympathy for people who drink and drive.
