Now if someone shouldn't get sued, Id say itd be this guy, thats complete bullshit if you asked me. Just seems like the parents are trying to get money from whoever they can. Why don't they just sue the school for holding the event when they know people have to drive to get there and may get in an accident and die.... might as well....

No way they will be charged with Murder. Involuntary/Vehicular manslaughter at most for the Mustang guy and Reckless endangerment at most for the Viper guy.

Why, because "witnesses" saw them racing? Come cruising with me sometime. Every fucktard with a motor wants to run me and most of them take off without any provocation. And I assure you if there is a SUV-driving-soccer mom anywhere around or a dickless weenie in a minivan, I will be accused of initiating a race.
Makes me think GTO would have to stand for Got To gO!!
Even though as a trauma RN, every fiber of my being would need to stay and try to help....
