it was a mustang and a viper, the mustang crashed into the CRV.

I don't see any mention that the older guy was being any more mature. Just because he's got the financial responsiblity to own a Viper doesn't mean he wasn't driving like an asshole, too. The lawsuit is definitely way too sue-happy, but if the Viper was racing, too, he's at fault.

Both being charged is the correct thing to do. The lawsuit against Honda is kinda a joke though, unless they were to give the money to some sort of charity.

haha..ok they crashed and killed a girl...so put em in jail....but sueing em for 50 mil? why...man if my daughter died i dont think 50 mil would bring her back (unless they are building a time machine with that money)

thats b.s the one guy should be charged with man slaughter and thats it...th other guy didn't make him keep his foot in the gas..shit he didn't make him race him..the other guy choice to run...if i wreck when i'm racing its my fault..hands down its on me..

the world is just becomeing fucked up with all this stupid shit going on..

i would be willing to bet most of that $50 million is supposed to be coming from honda.
charge and sue the person at fault for the wreck. to me it seems like someone in a small town was talked into a get rich quick scheme while dealing with the death of a loved one and not thinking clearly.
