i dont understand theMurder Charges.. its not murder, it was an accident. Souldnt it be vehicular Manslaughter 1 & 2, Wreckless Endangerment, gross display of HP, and street racing ? I thought Murder was premeditated or lapse in judgment? I dont think they will win this. at most they will get jail time for man slaughter. the Viper owner shouldnt be charged with manslaughter wreckless intetnt maybe but manslaughter ? he didnthit the car or make the kidhit t he car. Yes he was wrongfor racing But hes being falsly charged. Both of them are.

 

viper owners are NOT rich,infact they are poor. reason in know this is becuase i know this one guy who has two of those sorry ass cars, and they sap him dry of all his money...worse than any woman can! plus this guy wouldn't even race my old maimxa back in the "day".

 

If they follow the law the state is going to lose the case because they charged the drivers with the wrong offense. Unless they change the charges to vehicular manslaughter and wreckless endangerment I think these guys can legally get off. This does not mean that I think they should at all though. The driver that hit the car definately needs to go to jail for vehicular manslaughter. The other driver should do time to but on a lesser charge. This is assuming of course that he did slow down or attempt to allow the driver of the mustang a way out of hitting the CRV.

The lawsuits are a different story. The families will never get $50 million dollars from either person or from Honda. They will probably get some money from both drivers though. The suit against Honda is bullshit. After a certain point the impact from a collision will destroy any car, no matter how safe the design was. Honda is not responsible for crash testing its vehicles for extremely high speed collisions. No company is. This would make car prices almost unbearable.

 

Why, because "witnesses" saw them racing? Come cruising with me sometime. Every fucktard with a motor wants to run me and most of them take off without any provocation. And I assure you if there is a SUV-driving-soccer mom anywhere around or a dickless weenie in a minivan, I will be accused of initiating a race.

The undisputed fact is the Mustang was traveling a high rate of speed when it hit the Honda and therefore the Mustang is guilty. The alleged "participant" is not guilty.

What a bunch of bullshit. The guy who crashed is the one at fault here. I don't know enough detail to make a judgement, but the guy in the Viper at most should have been stuck with the reckless endangerment charge. No way did he commit second degree murder. If I knew more about the situation and he let off safely ahead of time and the other guy was just being a dumbass and stayed in it, I'd say screw it, he doesn't deserve any charges. I'm assuming he stuck around at the scene of the accident when he could have just taken off- what kind of incentive is it to stick around and help the injured if they're going to slap you with murder?

 

and why did the Viper Owner stay after he saw the fucktard crash into the CRV? I would of just pointed and laughed. Then My Viper wouldnt leave the garage for the next year.

 

The law is fucked up now days my nephew made a bad judgment one mournin heading to School im sure sum of you seen it on the headline recently Darrell Gilileo got charged with Veh manslaughter for passing more then one car and none of the fuck tards would let him in so he end up hitting another car headon killing a child. Thier were NO fellonies commited he passed in a passing zone couldnt over take the vehs nor did they slow to let him in so him only being 16 at the time got charged as an adult and sent to prison for 13 years ....13 years!!! not to mention all the paroll and house arrest when he does get out.As far as the lawsuit goes... LOL. you could fart in sumones face and they would sue you for mental anguish (how ever you spell it lol) So i dont see them getting out of it. Now granted IF THEY were racing they will get what they deserve any ass clown that races amoung other cars is just dumb any how you all that do it should have better judgment then that but i understand alot of you are still wet behind the ears and do it.. Go to secluded area and race most of the responsable people do (not sayin street racin is in anyway responsable) but for the saftey of other and yerself if yer gonna do it, go sumwhere wheres theres very little to no traffic and have a field day.... i know its hard when you got sum assclown eggin ya on lol....
