Dealership doesnt like deal, takes car back
So your surrounded by salesman who are not touching you are causing any physical harm and your gonna pull out your little gun and start cappin and you think that a jury would find you innocent....uh-huh, keep dreaming, you know good and damn well they are not going to attack you and try to take your car, its a repo, not a car jack.... but you have a gun so your obviously a gun weilding bad ass and nothing can stop you!!!
I would have sent one of my friends down there to test drive that truck. Once we erraticated the salesman from the cab, I would have the truck, and an extra set of keys.

Maybe dude should've bought a house with a garage. If he's such a baller he can pay cash/check for a new vehicle, it shouldn't be a problem.

I assume he had the truck, title and keys at his house. The dealer whet onto his property to take the truck. Seems like they stole it to me.
So what if they made a mistake? The deal was done...it's a contract. They should eat the difference.

The dealership has to do all the title work, so obviously the title had not been transferred into his name yet. I still can't, for the life of me, see how someone was not arrested for grand theft auto and dealing in stolen property. I guess Bill Heard has the local police on his payroll.

A similiar thing happened to an ex of mine, she signed all the paperwork and drove home and everything and about 2 weeks later the car was gone and they said that they could not get the deal approved, to make things worse they already sent her trade to the auction, this was at Courtesy Pontiac.
