one person with a child versus a group of people that are trying to intimidate you and have blocked you in with another vehicle. a reasonable person would have good cause to fear for their safety and that of their child, the criteria for self defense would have been met. Of course you wouldn't just pull out a gun and start shooting, in reality as soon as you pulled it out the salesman would have gotten out of dodge, and if by chance they decide to go mental and make a threatening advance on you, you have good reason to fear for your life should you choose not to defend yourself.

That lady they blocked in with her kid needed to call 911 on her cell phone and tell them she was being held against her will and feared for her and her child's safety. In fact, I'd say that holding her and her kid could ammount to attempted murder.

So your surrounded by salesman who are not touching you are causing any physical harm and your gonna pull out your little gun and start cappin and you think that a jury would find you innocent....uh-huh, keep dreaming, you know good and damn well they are not going to attack you and try to take your car, its a repo, not a car jack.... but you have a gun so your obviously a gun weilding bad ass and nothing can stop you!!!

Bill heard around here has always sucked. They have the attitude they can do what they want when they want cause they are so big. They have no idea what "fair and proper" treatment of a customer is. They definitely need to be taken down a couple of pegs until they realize that the only reason they are in bussiness is because of the customers they are screwing.
