DIY budget smokey-taillights
this is what it looks like normally..when its cloudy outside..

this is the reflectors still working correctly..from the camera flash
the rear light markers are not on at this moment

here is the rear on full..except the brakelightsbut they are waay brighter

this is what most people see at night when its standing still

i can't find any daytime pics that show how it looks in bright light
and i cant do anymore reverse light pictures because i dont have that sensor hooked up anymore
sooo...what you all think?

you could also buy a spray called niteshades. It only costs $7 a can and requires no clear coat. Spray a few light coats and let it dry. It looks good as long as you spray it on a warm dry day. It's cheaper than asian stuff and less hassle than the hobby paint. I have used it on a few cars with great results.
