(since he knew i was gonna deny him right to search) and threw me in cuffs. 3 times already. once a few weeks later at the races and he knew my lazt name. didnt get the car right tho

She doesn't have the complete body kit just the front. Either way he was simply targeting someone with aftermarket parts... as she stated her boss was speeding and all the cop did was put his arms out telling him to slow down. Lets say she didn't have the body kit front and the cf hood and just an exhaust which isn't even loud just has a deep tone, she still would of gotten the ticket. She's just making a point that he was profiling.

 

So you admit that having all that shit done is a reason to profile. Hell, call me kooky, but if I were a cop that'd be a dead giveaway to me that some punk kid was driving the car with a lot less driving experience than an adult (in any real situation). Sounds like common sense, not profiling.

 

If I were a cop, I'd give every fart can or unpainted body kit on the road a ticket.

 

I believe the point was already made that she was going 12 over as opposed to her boss being right at the 10 over point. I have spoken to more than one cop that have said they generally leave people alone for anything under 10 over. It is possible that he was just doing his job and your fiance was speeding. I know it's a long shot, but it is possible.

 

Quit grasping for excuses and read your drivers handbook again. The last sign you passed always applies. There's also guidlines in the book for different types of roads.
