The two mph difference between you and your boss makes a HUGE difference. Most cops won't pull you over unless you're doing > 10mph over the limit.
As far as him remembering you... it's not surprising. He had to fill out your name/dob/dl #, etc on your ticket. I'm pretty sure they do additional paperwork besides the ticket to document it should you fight the ticket. If you had to fill out that much paperwork, you'd remember his name too.

Well the speed limit wasn't posted. My friend got pulled over for doing 6mph over the limit. Well I think its surprising since I'm not the only one that he pulled over throughout the day.

well if you wanna know the speed limit on that road..take the speed you were going...subtract 12 from that and thats the speed limit on that road..
