well double check that, then fight it because thats BS if there is no speed limit sign
When I was driving to work this morning I looked to see what the speed limit was, and there is no sign on that road of the seed limit. My boss was looking also this morning to see what the speed limit and he didn't see one posted either.

It ALWAYS comes down to how hot you are.
One of my Exes got a stop sign ticket. the cop didnt let her off. But she took it to court and the Prosecutor saw her in the hallway, took her in his office, and had the ticket reduced to $10 and no points.
He only spoke to her because she was pretty.
Lets not forget the LaFave shanannagans, either.

Boohoo, you got a 12mph ticket. Here's the real issue, since you claim it's profiling, you must know that your car fits the bill of something to be profiled. You know that carbon fiber hood, bumper, and whatever other stuff you have done to the car makes it high profile, right?
