Guys I go to court March 21st.They say they will be taking our cars.we will be arrested and going to jail.

what should i do?

Sounds corny but Ive always heard that if you cant do the time ....Dont do the crime....

 

You will be going to court to only plea either not guilty or no contest or guilty,i doubt you will be arrested unless your driving record is very bad.I'm currently goign through this process also,i went to court plead not guilty asked for a public defender and am going to real court in march.Dont sweat it,i doubt they willt ake you to jail and most certainly not take your car.If you plead guilt its a MINIMUM of 1 yr suspention,driving class,300$ fine,and other stuff.Plead not guilty and try to fight it.

 

i would sell my car to some one so they cant take it.like your mom or someone a friend.no money involved just sign the title over.do the time get out have your boy give u your car back.thats the only good thing i could think of it.other then that have fun.

ps dont let them boys in jail take your milk and cookie

 

Just out of curiosity, what kinda car did you get busted racing in?

 

Never, EVER admit a traffic violation to a cop. Deny, deny, deny and put the burden of proof on him.

Sell your car before March 21 and get a lawyer.

 

i did deny it the whole way.it was a gt mustang.

 

for real though was the racing really worth it? It is alot easier to take it to the track

 

Then get a lawyer.

You might want to sell the Mustang to a friend, get a bill of sale, copy of check, registration, etc in case it is needed for the court.

Buy the Mustang back after judgement.
