i didnt drive the mustand he was the one who raced.yea but i believe they put a lien on the car if I sell it

Is this your first offense? It was my understanding that you could only lose your car for good after a second offense.

So it would take 3 times for them to take the car, or by after the 2nd offense you mean you get the 2nd offense and then they take it?

i was told they have to catch you 3 times and be convicted of it before they take your car and its not forever i think its 6 months but ill ask later today .

new law is the forfeit law they can take your car permenantly
