Would You Drive One Of These?
Would any one of you consider a Volvo as a Performance car?
Take a look at these two cars and see if you would consider one?
Both are done by a Volvo performance company called Evolve Cars

New S40 - Stock 240 to 250 HP AWD OR FWD
In PIC Extensively modified with a larger turbo that has also been repositioned away from the intake manifold where it resides in the stock car, the Evolve S40 puts out an estimated 425 horsepower to all four wheels via Volvo's Haldex electronically controlled all-wheel-drive system.

S60 R - Stock 300 HP AWD -
In PIC estimated 500 hp with EVOLVE’s turbo and intercooler upgrade, ram-air intake and engine dress-up kit. This Car has Dual Calipers on Front Rotors

XC90 V8 - Stock With 311 horsepower and 325 ft.-lb. or torque
Done By Volvo for SEMA = XC90 PUV is slated to eventually achieve a whopping 650 horsepower through the use of a massive supercharger, revised engine mapping and low restriction exhaust.
I Figured I ad this for SUV lovers. Since I only had the S40 & S60 on here.

The s60R might be my next car. I am really a big fan of sports sedans. The S60R is great, becuase you rarely see them and they are suprisingly fast. I Love driving cars that dont seem like they should be fast.
Everybody equates mustang = fast volvo = safe way to haul kids.
I guess I just love cars that break that norm.

That S40 is badass, now give me those upgrades, AWD, and that stance and wheels and I would rock it.
