I was driving my old civic 4dr on Van dyke road to the store during one of last years hurricanes. I hit a part of the road that was flooded. my car lost control and i landed in a ditch. I thought i hydrolocked the engine with my CAI, because as soon as it happened my car just shut off and wouldnt start. My car was flooded all the way up to the center console. I couldnt get the car running for two weeks. i was very lucky i didnt hydrolock it. I had to change the ecu, plug wires, plugs, distrubtor, battery, and all my fuses LOL.

p.s A county truck cruising around pulled me out and a kid about 17 in a jeep towed me home 2 miles away.

 

i took my old lumina mud slinging with my friend..had it stuck twice but got out...38" ruts are baddd esp for cars that sit 5 inches off the ground...but it was fun as fuck...

I was racing down 60 in brandon on a friday night when I was 19 and go by a cop while doing 110. I haul ass on a bunch of side roads and finally get to the checkers on 60 and park my car and sit at a table, 5 minutes later a cop car comes up going the wrong way in the drive threw. I just sit there and shit myselfhe grabs a kid out of line and starts to cuff him, drove home and changed my undies.

 

i had a couple of close calls myself...

 

-hit a cop in ybor 1st day driving alone.

-backed up into a fire hydrant (2nd day )


-backed out of the garage on my 21st birthday with the door not completely shut, door cought on workbench = unwelcome birthday present.

Like a year ago I started my just turbo'd GSR CRX without an oil filter, my friends used to call my car little Valdez.

 

arguing with a cop on weather or not you can drift in a fwd car, then proving it to him same cop gave me a ticket for reckless driving a few days later. asshole,

flying around the neighbor hood after a light rain and trying to take a turn at normal speed(30+) and hydro plaining and sliding in to a embankment with the whole neighbor hood looking.
