do cops really go to court down here?? in mass they had town reps that went.. they were cops, but their job was to go to court and fight the other cops tickets for them. i got screwed a couple times because of those reps.

dont bother fighting it, it will cost you more in time, courtfees, gas ect... Just pay the 75 you dont get points so dont worry about it.
As for tapping your breaks thats bull shit, the cop cant prove you did it warn someone, just tell them you dont have ABS and you were pumping your breaks so you dont slide.

What about this: You get caught because the jackass coming the opposite way won't turn off his damn highbeams. That has happened to me sooooo many times, that I end up leaving my highbeams on because they won't turn theirs off. It hasn't happened to me, but this thread brought it to my attention....
