So if your brother had nothing to worry about why didnt he just let the cop search his car? he would have seached and found nothing and been done within alot less time than 2hours. you have to realize the cop is just doing his job. maybe he thought he had probable cause. they are human and they do make mistakes. If I were the cop I would definately now remember who you are and let my cop buddies know who you are and would get you on every traffic violation I see you do no matter how minor. I personally think your brother took it too far but thats just me. I always love seeing cop bashing posts. I can't wait until you guys actually need a cop to put his life on the line for you and see if your bashing continues. I wish they had a waiver that all you cop haters could sign to give up the assistants of cops since you feel like you do towards them. So when your car gets stolen or your house gets broken into they can tell you to fuck off.

 

I was about 17-18 yrs old.
Well I was cruizing in my 74 Cutlas with about 3 friends.. I was pulled over on Waters/DaleMabrey.. so i pulled into Albertson parking lot.. not even 3 mins later we heard screching tires and shit..

We was now surrounded by 5-7 cop cars.. Since my back windows were spray painted from the inside.. they had us come out one by one,and had us put our hands out the window.. They dragged me out the car.. took my hat off,threw my money,beeper,and what ever else I had in my pockets into my hat..

I asked why i was pulled over.. they said the car was reported stolen..
I said how the fuck!? I own the fuckin car.. they didnt want to listen to me..

Well heres wtf happend.. my car was impounded a few days earlier,I got it out and the god dam tow compnay did paper work wrong etc etc.. and some info got lost,and the car wasnt in thier lot.. so they assumed it was stolen.. and reported it..

I got let go,and so did my friends..

the next night.. I was going to a friends house,By Leto HS.. I was followed for a few miles.. as SOON as I turned into his street,I got pulled over.. then K9 and other Sherrifs came,tires schreching etc etc..

Then I heard one dumb ass say,didnt we pull him over last night?
Yep that was fuckin me.. and they got made at me,cause I didnt carry the fuckin reciet of me paying for the dam impound fee..

I told them if they pulled me over again for this bullshit,Im going to file grivenaces on everyone of thier asses..also someone with the same name as mine had a warrent out for them.. Im glad they came to a conclusion I wasnt black..

I was under the impression just refusing a search would give them probable cause... if your not willing to let them search your car, then you likely have something to hide.

 

you're placing the blame in the wrong place. You should be pissed at the tow company. The hcso is just going by what they know at the time. they showed the car being stolen, they had every right to pull you over until they had information showing otherwise. Use your heads people.

I wouldnt let a cop search my car,Its dumb asses who let them do things like this and they think they can get away with it to everyone..

Police know how far they can push thier limits.. so can I.
I was follwed comming back from my mail box in an apartment complex where I lived in 5pm.I was asked if I lived there and had ID,well I was in my work uniform,and took out my keys to check my mail.so you fuckin figure..

I was follwed to my door and asked 101 questions before I got there,the fuckin rent a cop asked me why wouldnt I stop,do I have drugs on me?

I grabbed my balls and said yeah I got drugs,come get them.. I walked to my door unlocked it and went inside.. well about 30 mins later a friend came over,I saw him down stairs outside the window.. I open my front door and was greeted by 3 TPD,and the rent a cop.. They asked why didnt I stop to talk to him,I said I didnt want too.Then I made a dumb comment telling them I had a warrent.. they hand cuffed me and threw me in the car so dam fast.The rent a cop was recording all this..

Well after 10 mins later,they found out I had no warrent.. I was laughin,they asked why I did that.. I said I was being harrased,with no reason..

They even told me that if I give them problems like this again.. they would get me evicted..

Well the outcome was,I was free.. and the Security company got to know me real good,I used to harrass all thier rookies they sent over.. They was warned about me

 

and this justifies them pulling and ragging a 17-18 yr old kid out the car,who pulled over on his own.. and didnt resist arrest?

I was hand cuffed and throw on the back of my car while they was empting my pockets..

Yes they had reason to pull me over,not being rough as shit with someone not resisting..
