Hes driving minding his own business he gets pulled over asked to search the car he says no so cop calls K9, takes about 2 hours to get there, all in all the search takes 4 hours for NOTHING, he gets let go free... Couple months later that same cop shows at my brothers job (Insurance Company) my brother says he remember me, you pulled me over for 4 hours for no reason cop says yea, then my brother says well now your in my job, so fuck you asshole go find insurance somewhere else cop says im gonna report this to the manager, brother says go ahead manager aint here I run this shit right now so go find insurance somewhere else. At the end cop didnt get insurance and the manager of the store is my brother friend so all he said is "While im not here you run this business, do what you gotta do"

Gotta love cop-payback stories.

 

cops arent allowed to call k9 if he has no probable cause they can only hold you for so long before they have to let you go so your bro got punked

 

thats where u wrong, the use the K9 to get probable cause, if you refuse to search they call K9 they sniff if dog barks they can entire vehicle, if dog dont bark they cant...

 

you can refuse the search all you want they cant do shit. all they can do is give you the ticket an tell you buh byenow if they see a blunt in your ashtray well then they have probable cause to do what the fuck they want. but they cant hold you there for an unreasonable time to do a search now if the dogs were five minutes away well then it dont matter because it was within a reasonable time

 

Last time I got a ticket it was from a K9 cop, that fucking dog would not shut the hell up. I could hear him the whole time the cop was standing by my door..
