Maybe Ford isn't quit so original but their retros are spot on with style. And the GT40 has style AND performance, after the recalls anyway.
And yes, I know it's called a "GT" but Ford has their head up their asses when it comes to confusing every car in their lineup with a Mustang.Generic Motors is the one that isn't coming up with anything exciting but they haven't had any style for 30 years. And with their pension plans looming in the horizon don't expect to see much from them for a long time.
However, this thread is about imports. In that light, I would probably agree that none of them seem to have any style and the Japs are not known for being overly original.

I like what nissan has been doing lately. You can get a nice car with a good gas mileage motor, but you can also get a sporty version of it with lots of power. Plus they have the G35/350z. Im still slightly considering a Spec V for a DD.
Honda/Acura, the only thing they have going for them is the RSX Type-S. Anything else with power is a really big car that costs quite a bit it seems.
Toyota has been doing anything except making cars with engines that go a long time. Seems they are putting more of their performance into the trucks.
Mistu, those are seriously love or hate cars. The Evo is a nice car, but thats a lot of money.
Subies.... Im really starting to love Subies. In fact i will probably be buying one this year. Cars are nice, sporty and arent bad prices.
Now if you wanna go mullet, go drive one then and you will probably give up your Spec V
GM honestly is the worst for styling of the Domestics. Seems like the trucks get better interiors than all the cars except the vette.
