Default Racing Integrations

Yeah i am planning on dropping a B series engine into my EG hatchback and when i hoped down to racing integrations they had quoted me 7K (engine, labor, reprogramming a p28 w/ skunk2 chip, pumps and hoses) drive in and drive out i was wondering if they are good and if anyone has had their engine put in/tuned by them ive heard good things about them from other ppl but just wanted some opinions from some ppl who have been there. ty

Better be some built 200 hp motor for that price, jesus. Back YEARS ago when I had a honda, swaps were done for 5k out the door all day. Unless there is a full JDM wiring harness to have to match up with USDM and swap plugs, etc, labor shouldn't be more than $500-$800 and motors are a dime a dozen nowadays when they become some new 240 owners extra baggage. You might want to have this moved to the honda-tech forum. I suppose you can tack on a couple hundred for the ECU and work, just seems pricey to me. Maybe someone with more up to date knowledge will chime in.

That seems a bit expensive, though the last time I researched b-series swap costs was over 3 years ago so I'm not really up to date. Post in the Honda forum.

I guess the higher gas prices is effecting the tuner shops also.
