I still would like to know how different the numbers would be between Coastal and a normal dynojet, and if it'd be less or more.

yeah i was wondering about the number differance with costals and the normal dynojet. when i stopped by sams shop before to pick up an hpipe, every car i seen in the shop looked very nice and was very clean. eventhough sam is about an hour from me, i think i would prefer to take my car to him over anyone else if i get work done that i cant do just because of all the praise i have heard

Not to be left off the list, we've had a few years experience tuning cars also.

What kind of tuning do you do on a 5.0? Do you just reflash the computer or put a chip in it. I'm a bit of a n00b with this stuff.

Also does anyone know what the number differences are Everyone here has been talking up Coastal but no one knows how different the numbers would be?

I was wondering prices as well...assuming they are all within like $5 of each other?

My most recent memory was with Brents coupe which dynoed I think 1-2 HP difference between my inertia base dyno setting and Race Relateds Dynojet. And Vinces FRC dynoed 480 here and 480 at RX last week, so I'd say its less than 1% difference in most cases.

+1 for Fordspeed, I spent 3 hours or so and about 13 pulls with Joe on last Friday. Joe helped me track down a missing fuse for my nitrous kit and found a vaccum line that was unplugged causing my FPR to loose vaccum under boost. Awesome customer service.

BTW, I had my car dynoed at Coastal at a TR dyno day, and Sam was very helpful and even pulled plugs on my car to see if it was running lean.

Both are great shops.
