everywhere i go lately i have been seeing a bunch of turboed dodge neons, either that or whole bunch of riced out guys that have that fake blow off valve machine under their hood. but seriously though. does a certain model come with a stock turbo? are the internals built to handle turboing? if so which models/years?

yeah seen it online somewhere when i was helping my cousin look for a bov for his se-r. its a machine that hooks up you alternator for power and then there is anotehr connection i can't remember where that detects when you/the car shifts gears and makes a loud swooooooosh sound as if the car is equipped with a turbo
