Most of the stuff gets done at work, but I am frequently dragging stuff back and forth between there and home so I can also get some tinkering done at home.

Right now I am trying to get a set of keys and the security codes for EL so I can spend a few hours each night getting things put back together.

24 ARP head studs and 6 exhaust valves are going to set me back around $800 so thats the next financial hurdle I need to get over to put it all back together, but at least its giving me a lot of time to inspect, measure and tweak everything before it does.

I must have about 20 hours in porting and polishing the manifold, ports and combustion chambers alone.

Its easy to be patient when you have a child. A divorce was also big time and money killer.

The 930 is currently priority #3 behind me and my daughter so it only gets the time and money when its available which nowadays is only a couple hours a week and about $750 a month.

Nearly all the machine work is done, $6K has been spent and there is $3750 to go.

I have given up on guessing how much longer till I finish but unlimited shop access and a few more months should allow me to wrap this all up this summer.

I still do some IT work on the side to supplement things, but EL doesn't pay me too badly. Being a kid in a candy store makes up for the kind of money I am used to though.
