Do you like turns and want a different kind of TRack Day?
No passing would piss off alot of people. Especially if someone who has a car that can handle the track get stuck behind someone in a 99 civic with cut springs and fart can that doesn't know how to hit the apex of a turn and use the course to it's potention none the less even know what an apex is.
I'd be interested if there was passing. Compared to what you are offering might as well go to the local roundy round and do a spectator race. There you can pass and even get a chance at winning money.
Why not setup a TRack day at a road course? That I would pay out the ass to do.

As I recall this TR event was to be a smaller scale track, something like Gainesville. Most folks here have never driven a professional circuit like Sebring, Moroso or Homestead and would either be slow as shit, slam a wall or worse - into each other. Nobody wants to wreck their car and I assure you if you've never driven a real track before you will suck the first time you do.
