Default is the tornado or turbonator worth it?

anyone know of anyone that has had the tornado ot turbonator or something similar? or have you heard if they're worth it and actually produce more horsepower? or are they a bunch of tv garbage?

"I dyno'd 247hp stock, then added the "electric supercharger" and dyno'd 240hp with it off and once I turned it on the HP rocketed to an amazing 248hp so it must work. I gained 8hp with it!!!!"

Would you recommend putting one on an Acura RSX Type S. Would you use it in conjuntion with a AEM cold air intake?
